Kellsey walks, Hoover around the park !

bb blues bar. people place dollars bills on the walls. They signed their names and date it. Goes back to 1920's

Largest collection of guitars

World famous pork bbq sandwiches , but the handmade potato chips where the best. John purchased 4 bags to take home

on the road again, heading to Amarillo!!!

Second night in Memphis was fun....went to Beale Street and it was 'Biker Night' (Ronnie, eat your heart out.) Beale St. is the music/bar/nightclub area of Memphis and it was jumpin for a Wednesday night! All kinds of music, especially the Blues, and some pretty amazing bikes and people on display. Had snacks and brews at the 'Flying Saucer' bar/restaurant and listened to some Blues at BB King's nightclub.
Stayed last night at the Choctaw Indian KOA campground in Durant, Oklahoma...place is huge and similar to Pechanga. I think it's tougher to get liquor licenses in OK....casino and restaurants didn't serve booze. I hit a $400 jackpot on a quarter machine....that will pay for a few gallons of diesel. Heading to Amarillo today and dinner at the 'Big Texan.' It's a steak place in Amarillo where you get your steak and meal for free if you can eat it in 60 minutes....only kicker; it's a 60 0z. hunk of beef and a full plate of potatoes, etc. They make you sit on an elevated table in front of the whole restaurant...kinda fun to watch people gorge themselves and then ususally get sick. I think Susan and I will settle for a couple of nice porterhouses...Ha.
